The Supersam office building, owned by Globalworth, will soon have a new tenant. It will be ista Shared Service Polska, which runs the outsourcing centre for the ista Group.
It is one of the international leaders in individual utilities billing, accounting and IT. The company has been operating in Poland since 1997 and employs approx. 1,400 people. According to Jacek Styczeń, CEO of ista Shared Services Polska, the decision to locate the new office in the Supersam building was made on the basis of the building's location in the city centre giving access to it and the modern character of the facilities. Creating a safe, comfortable and modern workplace is currently one of the priorities for iSS Poland.
The outsourcing centre will occupy 1,100 sqm on the third floor in the office part of the building. Supersam at Skargi Street is one of the main retail and service buildings in Katowice and the example of a mixed-use project, that offers office space with easy access to retail and service outlets.
